Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the automotive store
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Oversee staff training and development
• Maintain inventory and manage supply orders
• Implement company policies and procedures
• Achieve sales targets and manage budgets
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Coordinate with internal and external training programs

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in automotive management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with ASE certification
• Familiarity with automotive parts and services
• Previous experience in a multi-location management role
