Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose vehicles to identify issues.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on automobiles.
- Provide status updates to customers regarding their vehicles.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
- Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to company standards.
- Work collaboratively with co-workers and management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a technician in the automotive industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- ASE certification in the eight areas pertaining to automotive repair.
- Neat appearance and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to diagnose and perform repairs and maintenance on automobiles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read schematics.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Necessary tools to perform required tasks.
- Ability to operate all company equipment needed to perform required tasks.
- Dependability and ability to achieve and maintain an efficiency of 125%.
