About the position

Korum Automotive Group is seeking experienced Ford Certified Senior Technicians (Auto Techs / Mechanics) to join their team at the Ford and Lincoln Dealerships in Puyallup, Washington. The role focuses on providing high-quality automotive service and repair, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to the company's philosophy of 'People First, Cars Second.'

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on vehicles.
• Utilize dealership software programs for service management.
• Maintain certifications and stay updated on automotive technology.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and staff.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
• Six months to one year of related experience or alternative training.
• Current Ford and/or Lincoln Certifications.
• Ability to learn and use applicable software programs used by the dealership.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Ford and Lincoln vehicles.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
