About the position

At Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lithonia/Stonecrest, we are seeking an experienced Chrysler Level 2 or 3 Automotive Technician to join our high-volume service department. This position is essential for diagnosing vehicle problems and performing maintenance and repairs that meet dealership and manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, particularly with Chrysler vehicles, and will be responsible for working on various systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, heating, air conditioning, cooling, and exhaust systems. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose vehicle problems and perform maintenance and repairs that meet dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Work on engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, heating, air conditioning, cooling, and exhaust systems according to experience and certifications.
  • Keep the shop area neat and clean, and account for all dealership-owned tools.

Requirements

  • Chrysler Level 2 or 3 Automotive Technician experience is required.
  • Must be versatile in skills and tasks performed.
  • Experience with the latest automotive technologies.
  • A positive attitude and good work ethic, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
