About the position

DBS Financial is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for the Auto Warranty department. This full-time role focuses on providing exceptional customer experiences, handling inquiries related to auto warranties, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients inquiring about their auto warranties, addressing questions, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Process warranty claims, including verifying coverage, coordinating repairs, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Guide customers through the warranty coverage details, explaining terms and conditions clearly and concisely.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, documenting all interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and de-escalate challenging situations to reach a positive resolution.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of auto warranties.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service.
