The Automated Regression Tester will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through the development and execution of automated test cases. This position requires a thorough understanding of automated functional regression testing, including data-driven test development techniques and object recognition test validation. The ideal candidate will be adept at transforming business test cases into comprehensive automated test coverage, ensuring that all aspects of the application are thoroughly tested. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a repeatable automated test suite that addresses various challenges that may arise during the testing process. You will also need to demonstrate proficiency in developing basic SQL queries for database validation, ensuring that data integrity is maintained throughout the testing lifecycle. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Additionally, familiarity with DevOps concepts and continuous testing practices is important, as is experience with Medicaid eligibility, 508 testing, and CMS regulations. The position requires a solid understanding of Agile project methodologies and the ability to deploy risk-based testing techniques effectively. Experience in developing and executing API test cases, as well as batch testing, will be critical to the success of this role.
