About the position

The Automation Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation control systems for various industries including Water/Wastewater, Food & Beverage, Power Generation, and BioTech/Pharmaceuticals. The role requires strong technical skills in PLC programming and HMI/SCADA systems, along with excellent client interaction abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation control systems for various industries.
• Program PLCs including Rockwell/Allen Bradley and Siemens.
• Develop and maintain HMI and SCADA systems.
• Interact with clients to understand their automation needs and provide solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Experience with PLC programming, specifically Rockwell/Allen Bradley and Siemens.
• Proficiency in HMI and SCADA systems such as FactoryTalk View and Wonderware.
• Strong client interaction skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Modicon and Schneider Electric PLCs.
• Familiarity with various communication protocols like Ethernet/IP, Profinet, and ModBus.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
