Automation Developer I

About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Developer to join our team. This role is focused on healthcare revenue cycle management, and while prior experience in automation development is not required, a solid understanding of revenue cycle processes, finance, and mathematics is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation within the revenue cycle management process.
• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain existing automation workflows, ensuring they operate smoothly and effectively.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues.
• Document automation processes and create user guides for team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration preferred or the equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with automation tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
