About the position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Developer to join our team. This role is focused on healthcare revenue cycle management, and while prior experience in automation development is not required, a solid understanding of revenue cycle processes, finance, and mathematics is essential.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation within the revenue cycle management process.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain existing automation workflows, ensuring they operate smoothly and effectively.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues.
- Document automation processes and create user guides for team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration preferred or the equivalent work experience required.
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Nice-to-haves
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar is a plus.
- Familiarity with automation tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
