About the position

The IT - QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of HR, Legal, and Compliance Reports within the Workforce Management (WFM) team. This role involves end-to-end testing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards for deliverables to meet business needs and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end testing of HR, Legal, and Compliance Reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to performance standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver reports on time.
• Utilize UKG Data View, Reports, and Data Hub for testing purposes.
• Identify and address regression issues on the backend.
• Maintain high standards for WFM program deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in WFM UKG reporting, specifically with reporting, data dictionary, and modules.
• Strong testing background, ideally with Test Assure or comparable automated testing tools.
• Ability to decipher regression issues on the backend and test dictionary.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience leading a team of QA testers (for lead position).
• People management skills.
