About the position

The Automation Project Manager at Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. is responsible for overseeing all phases of automation projects, working closely with clients to develop tailored solutions, create proposals, and provide cost estimates for automated systems. This role requires a lead engineering function and onsite support, with a focus on creating new business opportunities within the water and wastewater industry.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to develop projects suited to their needs.
• Create proposals and provide cost estimates for automated systems.
• Oversee all phases of automation projects.
• Function in a lead engineering role.
• Provide onsite engineering support as needed.
• Create new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Applied Engineering with a Controls concentration, or Electronics Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in automation.
• Experience in the water and wastewater industry and consulting engineering is a plus.
• Professional Engineer's License is preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic (water) and pneumatic controls.
• Familiarity with UL 508a Code and NEMA Standards.
• Working knowledge of 480VAC, 240VAC, 120VAC, and 24VDC circuitry, including both Digital and Analog circuitry.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in consulting engineering.
• Professional Engineer's License.
