About the position

Responsibilities

  • Pro-actively work with stakeholders to collect requirements and understand business processes.
  • Design and implement tests to meet specified requirements.
  • Execute activities that form the end-to-end development life cycle.
  • Develop innovative approaches for testing and monitoring operational and compliance risk.
  • Deliver high-quality code and identify opportunities for improvement in documentation and SDLC processes.
  • Produce clear technical documentation for internal and regulatory purposes.
  • Take ownership of delivering results and meeting critical deadlines.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in a highly technical discipline or equivalent work experience in fields such as Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or Physics.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent educational training.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong programming skills including SQL and Python.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and familiarity with data analysis/mining tools.
  • Technical experience in object-oriented or functional software development.
  • Strong technical writing and clear verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders with findings and data.
