Responsibilities

• Designs and develops scalable automation solutions incorporating RPA, AI/ML components, and low-code applications while following established coding standards.
• Creates and executes automated acceptance testing for user stories, including bot performance testing and integration validation.
• Implements and maintains CI/CD pipelines specific to automation deployments, ensuring smooth deployment of bots and related components.
• Implements intelligent document processing for automated data extraction and classification.
• Partners with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications, focusing on opportunities for intelligent automation and process optimization.
• Develops reusable automation components and frameworks, complete with comprehensive unit testing and documentation, promoting code reusability across the automation portfolio.
• Creates and maintains documentation including technical solution, test cases, and user procedures.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to understand requirements and propose automation solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with software development WITH RPA technologies (UiPath & Power Platform Preferred)
• Experience in .NET, HTML, JavaScript, and advanced tools (OCR, IDP, AI/ML) preferred
• Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks and think creatively
• Understanding of APIs and their integration with automation tools
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field or relevant work experience
