About the position

The Automation Test Analyst position at CapB involves leading automation efforts and providing solutions for various testing portfolios, particularly focusing on API testing and Selenium. The role requires hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools, as well as the ability to mentor team members and adapt to new technologies. Responsibilities

• Define automation strategies and lead the automation community.
• Handle large programs and provide automation solutions, especially for API testing and Selenium.
• Work with various automation tools and frameworks, including Karate, SOAPUI Pro, CA Dev Test, BDD Framework, cloud testing, Mevan, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Lead automation efforts and interact with other testing portfolios and leadership.
• Provide thought leadership on automation approaches across the enterprise.
• Mentor and train team members within the team.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools, particularly Selenium and Karate.
• Experience in API testing and automation solutions.
• Familiarity with various automation tools and frameworks, including SOAPUI Pro, CA Dev Test, BDD Framework, cloud testing, Mevan, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
