About the position

Infosys is seeking an API & Selenium Automation Test Lead with OMS experience in Retail. The role involves acting as a validation and quality assurance expert, reviewing existing systems' functionality, conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategies, and leading execution to ensure high-quality outcomes. The position requires designing optimal test environments to simulate real-time scenarios and collaborating with talented professionals to create innovative, defect-free solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a validation and quality assurance expert for existing systems.
• Conduct requirement analysis and define test strategy.
• Lead execution of test cases to guarantee superior outcomes.
• Design optimal test environments to simulate real-time scenarios.
• Collaborate with team members to create high-quality solutions.
• Publish and communicate test execution status reports to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• 4+ years of test lead experience managing offshore teams.
• Good understanding of Software Test life cycle activities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• 4+ years of hands-on End to End testing experience in Sterling OMS and IBM Call Center.
• Experience in API Automation and Selenium Automation testing with BDD frameworks.
• Knowledge of OMS Order flow, Sourcing & Scheduling, Inventory Management, Payments, Fulfilment, Pick Pack and Ship, Returns & Exchanges.
• Familiarity with Playwright and AS400.
