About the position

As an Automation Test Lead at Infosys, you will serve as a validation and quality assurance expert, responsible for reviewing the functionality of existing systems. Your role will involve conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategies, and leading execution to ensure high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities

• Act as a validation and quality assurance expert to review existing systems' functionality.
• Conduct requirement analysis and define test strategies.
• Lead execution of testing processes to guarantee superior outcomes.
• Design optimal test environments to simulate real-time scenarios.
• Collaborate with team members to create innovative, high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of working experience in QA Testing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience with the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with RESTful Web Services and API Test Automation using Axios/Jest or similar tools.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Typescript, Java, XML, SQL.
• Experience with WDIO IO, JavaScript / Node JS / Typescript, Java, HTML, JSON.
• Insurance Underwriting experience, particularly with MRAS/Allianz (underwriting rules engine).
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies using Jira, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
