Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans for ETL workflows and APIs.
• Validate data mappings, transformations, and data integrity across ETL pipelines.
• Conduct comprehensive API testing, including functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Design and implement automation frameworks to optimize the testing process for ETL and APIs.
• Troubleshoot defects, identify root causes, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
• Generate detailed reports of test results, defects, and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Strong experience in testing ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and query execution (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Expertise in API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or JMeter.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, UFT, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Git for integrating automated test pipelines.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and testing strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
