About the position
The Automotive Accounting Administrator at Buerkle Automotive is responsible for managing various accounting functions within the dealership, including accounts receivable and payable, finance product submissions, and factory statement reconciliation. This full-time position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Friday and provides opportunities for personal and professional growth within a family-owned business that has been operating since 1953.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for factory statement reconciliation.
- Complete finance products submissions.
- Perform finance reserve reconciliation.
- Process finance product cancellations.
- Other accounting duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ years automotive accounting experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products.
- Solid time management skills.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Two-year accounting related degree/certificate preferred though not required.
- CDK software experience is highly desirable.
