About the position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking experienced candidates for various positions within our automotive business office, including roles such as Accounting, Deal Clerk, Title Clerk, and Assistant Office Manager. Responsibilities

  • Assure compliance of policies with regard to all store financial transactions and office procedures
  • Maintain accounts payable/receivables
  • Backup each position in the office and step in when needed
  • Follow and oversee title work, accounting, H/R, benefits, and automotive office functions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years Automobile Dealership experience is required
  • Extremely organized multi-tasking ability who can maintain focus and work in a high-pressure, busy environment
  • Excellent Communication Skills both written & verbal
  • Ability to manage others and work well under pressure
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, email, internet, and dealership software
  • Dealer Track knowledge is a plus
  • High School Diploma/GED required; college degree a plus
