About the position

The Accounts Payable / Administrative Assistant at Integrity Automotive Group is responsible for managing financial transactions and administrative tasks across two dealership locations. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting team in various functions, ensuring timely payments and compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Assist with daily deposits and receipting cash sales schedules.
  • Post parts statements and monitor intercompany accounts.
  • Submit aftersale warranties and ensure timely payment of gas bills.
  • Work with the CFO on filings of Form 8300 and assist with various financial schedules.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
  • Familiarity with expense management and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and QuickBooks.
  • Experience with payroll processing.
