About the position

The Automotive Administrative Assistant at BRAM Auto Group plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of the dealership by managing vehicle inventory, processing titles, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

  • New & Preowned Vehicle inventory maintenance, manage Verifi book of registry.
  • Responsible for welcoming customers with a warm and sincere greeting.
  • Ensures excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfaction.
  • Answers phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Preparing and processing all paperwork to title and register all sold vehicles in NY and Out of State.
  • Perfecting liens and correcting previously incorrect titles.
  • Assisting with maintaining assigned schedules (Motor vehicle and Out of State).
  • Assist General Manager with miscellaneous tasks.
  • Assists with various office duties.
  • Daily deposit reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Automotive Knowledge a plus
