Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Assistant/Service Manager to join our team at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales center located in Webster, NY. This position is crucial for the efficient operation of our repair shop, where the Assistant Manager will oversee the scheduling of mechanics and technicians, order necessary parts, and ensure that all jobs are completed to the highest standards, exceeding customer expectations. The role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and cleanliness within the shop environment. In addition to operational responsibilities, the Assistant Manager will assist customers in selecting tires and under-car repair services. This is a sales-oriented position that necessitates prior experience in sales, particularly in products and services that require upselling techniques. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of automotive repairs, including knowledge of under-car repairs, alignments, tires, and exhaust systems.
