Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Automotive BDC or similar role is required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
