Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to clients.
  • Maintain detailed follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and data.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers and team members.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to manage workload efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Automotive BDC or similar role is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and computer skills is necessary.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves
