About the position

Sunnyside Acura is seeking a full-time Automotive Sales BDC Representative to join their Business Development Center (BDC). This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the growth of the company's business. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for achieving results, contributing to a positive work environment and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support and grow the company's business through effective customer service.
  • Achieve sales goals and targets set by the company.
  • Discuss products and services with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain training standards set by the company and manufacturer.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • High energy personality with a professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Eagerness to learn and desire to succeed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in BDC or automotive sales is preferred.
