About the position

The Automotive BDC Representative is responsible for engaging with potential car buyers through inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining product knowledge. This role focuses on follow-ups with both sold and unsold customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to potential car buyers
• Perform long-term follow-ups on sold and unsold customers
• Direct traffic to the business and provide excellent customer service
• Educate yourself on product knowledge
• Keep a log of your sales to maintain owed commission

Requirements

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working in customer service
• Basic computer skills
• Punctuality and dependability are a must
