About the position

As an Automotive Biller, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our dealership by processing vehicle sales transactions, including invoicing, titling, and registration. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure compliance with state regulations and dealership policies, contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Process vehicle sales transactions promptly and accurately, ensuring all required documentation complies with dealership and state regulations.
  • Generate and review sales invoices to verify the accuracy of pricing, taxes, and fees.
  • Prepare and submit paperwork for vehicle titling and registration to the appropriate state agencies.
  • Maintain organized records of all vehicle transactions, including sales contracts, titles, and related documents.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports by providing timely and accurate data related to vehicle sales.
  • Communicate with customers, lenders, and government agencies to promptly resolve any billing or titling issues.
  • Stay updated on state regulations governing vehicle sales and titling processes to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, finance, and administrative teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive billing or dealership administration is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Knowledge of state regulations regarding vehicle sales, titling, and registration processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as dealership management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
