About the position
Mariano Rivera Toyota is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Biller/Billing Clerk to join their accounting team. This full-time position requires a candidate with at least 2 years of automotive accounting experience. The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable transactions, assisting with DMV paperwork, and maintaining accurate billing records. The ideal candidate will be organized and possess strong communication skills to handle client inquiries and discrepancies effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform AP/AR transactions as needed
- Assist with DMV transactions and paperwork
- Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and payments
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and payment arrangements
- Assist in the management of accounts payable processes, including vendor invoicing and payments
- Utilize accounting software for tracking financial transactions
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Provide clerical support related to corporate accounting tasks as required
Requirements
- At least 2 years of automotive accounting experience
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes
- Experience with dealership software or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
