The Carl Black organization is a very successful, privately owned group of four GM dealerships in the southeast region. We are currently seeking the right individual that desires the opportunity to grow professionally and financially by managing the Business Development Center of our Chevrolet dealership in Nashville, Tennessee. The Business Development Manager will motivate, train, and direct the business development representatives for both the Sales and Service department representatives. This role is crucial in ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary skills and motivation to achieve their targets and provide exceptional customer service. The BDC Manager will be responsible for hands-on management of team members with a major focus on coaching, motivating, and mentoring their team. This position requires a proactive approach to leadership, as the BDC Manager will have the authority to take charge and manage appropriately to provide driven results and ultimate customer service.
