Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests from their vehicles while reviewing their requests.
  • Inform guests of promotions or products available, demonstrating thorough knowledge of Jiffy Lube services.
  • Provide tailored recommendations based on guest needs and technician findings.
  • Communicate updates to guests throughout their service process.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid refills, and inspections of vehicle components.
  • Promote customer loyalty by ensuring quality workmanship and confirming guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven face-to-face customer service or sales experience.
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and lifting over 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in enclosed and semi-outdoor environments.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
