About the position

The Automotive Customer Service Advisor at Jiffy Lube serves as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience through timely and accurate service delivery. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both the sales and service teams to meet company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates a high level of energetic response to every customer, on the phone or in person.
  • Performs oil change and preventive maintenance services.
  • Able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Demonstrates a pleasant and welcoming attitude.
  • Possesses a 'can do' team mentality.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate positively within the Team Car Care culture.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Driver's License
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of automotive experience (preferred)
  • Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
