• Assist engineers with new product development and perform installations on beta applications.
• Monitor forums and social media to represent ProCharger and engage with the online community.
• Attend trade shows and automotive events to promote the brand and build connections.

Requirements

• Solid foundation of automotive knowledge and mechanical skills.
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Experience in technical or automotive parts sales, with call center experience as a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in explaining technical information.
• Passion for troubleshooting technical products in person and over the phone.
