About the position

The Automotive Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Desert Auto Body is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within a collision center environment. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to learn new systems quickly. The CSR will assist customers, manage inquiries, and support the overall operations of the body shop.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and assist with inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Learn and utilize new systems for managing customer information and service requests.
  • Support administrative tasks within the collision center.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Entry-level experience in auto body repair is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
