About the position

The Parts Manager at Stanley Automotive is responsible for leading a profitable parts department, ensuring efficient staffing, inventory management, and adherence to company policies. This role involves setting and achieving departmental goals, managing budgets, and fostering strong customer relations while maintaining compliance with manufacturer policies.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts, objectives, and budgets for the parts department.
• Participates in preparing and executing the annual operating budget.
• Monitors and controls department performance using reports and tracking systems.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to increase business.
• Ensures proper inventory management to minimize obsolescence and theft.
• Maintains professional customer relations to encourage repeat business.
• Works closely with the Service Manager for timely parts turnaround.
• Leads recruitment, training, and performance monitoring of staff.
• Ensures compliance with manufacturer policies and certifications.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Ford or dealership parts management experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and motor vehicle record check.
• Strong inventory management skills.
• Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft and Excel applications.
