About the position

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full-time Automotive Detailer. This position is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the automotive rental industry. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be at the forefront of our Complete Clean Pledge, which involves rigorous cleaning protocols to ensure the health and safety of all customers. The role is based at 14905 Aurora Ave N, Shoreline, WA 98133, and offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21.75 to $22.75, depending on length of service. We have multiple schedules available to accommodate various needs. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing vehicles of all sizes, including trucks, vans, and cars, in accordance with our Complete Clean Pledge. This includes vacuuming and preparing the vehicle's interior, washing and drying the exterior, checking fuel levels, inspecting for damage, and ensuring that all vehicles are safe and clean for our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area, wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE), and assisting customers as needed. Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
  • Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
  • Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars, vans, and trucks
  • Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage
  • Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
  • Check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found
  • Verify that registration is present, current, and matches the license plate
  • Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
  • Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
  • Fuel and stage vehicle
  • Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
  • Wear proper personal protection equipment (PPE) and ensure cleaning supplies are available
  • Assist customers when needed and may transport customers to and from the branches
  • Help maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations on driving record in the past 3 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
