About the position

The Automotive Digital Advertising Account Manager at Green Line Digital is responsible for managing multiple client accounts within the automotive industry. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations. The Account Manager will leverage their communication and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction and drive account growth.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to create new strategies to accomplish client goals.
  • Keeping accurate records of tasks and communicating completions to clients.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Reviewing creative and ad copy to ensure compliance.
  • Submitting pre-approval and co-op documents for applicable clients.
  • Communicating with agency partners to accomplish tasks such as creative, reporting, etc.
  • Creating reporting based on services and client wants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience with digital account management in the automotive industry.
  • Client-facing experience managing clients in the automotive industry.
  • Strong customer service and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Highly organized and solution-oriented.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
  • Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.
