Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems in vehicles.
  • Install and repair trim components in vehicles.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure quality service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of automotive electrical technician or mechanical experience.
  • National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certification(s) in specialized areas such as brakes, electrical/electronic systems, or engine performance preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver license in the state of employment with a good driving record.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with advanced automotive diagnostic tools.
  • Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
