• Determines desire/need for automobile financing by interviewing customers and exploring payment options.
• Verifies automobile purchase information by reviewing sales contract data and conferring with the sales department.
• Determines customer creditworthiness by studying credit applications, obtaining credit reports, and analyzing information.
• Prepares transaction documents by completing loan agreements and related documents.
• Confirms automobile sales contract information by disclosing data, provisions, finance charges, and interest rates to customers.
• Sells products and services by reviewing customer needs for insurance, warranties, and other products.
• Maintains dealership reputation by building and maintaining customer rapport and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintains customer confidence by keeping information confidential and helping others comply with regulations.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining professional networks.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for new requests and exploring opportunities to add value.
