Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals.
• Oversee loan processing and title processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Manage budgeting processes, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer relationship management and customer service initiatives.
• Provide guidance on contract negotiations and upselling opportunities within the dealership context.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of integrity.
• Lead a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship and fostering professional development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a finance leadership role, preferably within the dealership or automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial software applications and tools.
• Proficiency in basic math skills to perform accurate financial calculations.
• Familiarity with TILA regulations and compliance requirements.
