About the position

The Automotive Finance Manager at Heritage Parkville is responsible for overseeing the Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations within the dealership. This role focuses on compliance, generating additional income through vehicle protection sales, and maintaining strong relationships with finance sources. The position offers significant earning potential and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive and success-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process for compliance and disclosure with all vehicle deliveries.
• Generate additional income through sales of additional protection for vehicles, including service contracts and maintenance plans.
• Benchmark each dealership's production goals with the cooperation of the General Manager to measure the growth and achievement of the dealership's F&I goals.
• Maintain a good working relationship with several finance sources, including lenders and manufacturers, to ensure the best relationships with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager preferred.
• Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, eLeads experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver all retail deliveries and complete necessary paperwork.
• Ability to lead sales staff, including management, to improve profitability and meet or exceed established goals.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills.
• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree, preferred.
