About the position

The Automotive Finance Manager plays a crucial role in the F&I Department of a dealership, responsible for securing financing for customers, generating profit for the dealership, and ensuring all paperwork related to vehicle sales is completed accurately. This position requires a strong understanding of finance processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate the sales team to enhance their understanding of F&I operations.

Responsibilities

• Secure financing for customers through dealership lending sources.
• Generate profit by managing the balance on vehicle purchases.
• Complete all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales, including customer signatures and insurance information.
• Train and motivate the sales department on F&I processes and products.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity in all dealings with customers, lenders, and vendors.

Requirements

• 1+ years of automotive F&I producer experience.
• Strong desire to succeed and team-oriented mindset.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and proficiency in computer software and the internet.
