About the position

A distinguished Automotive Dealership is seeking a full-time Finance Manager to add to our growing team! The ideal candidate for the Finance Manager position will have an outgoing personality and a positive attitude, along with expertise in building strong relationships with customers. The Finance Manager is responsible for reviewing each customer's credit application, presenting financing options, and preparing the delivery documentation. This role is crucial in ensuring that customers are informed about their financing options and that all transactions are completed in a legal and ethical manner. The Finance Manager will also work closely with lenders to maintain strong relationships and ensure that the dealership meets its financial goals. In this position, the Finance Manager will determine the customers' needs for finance and payment options, present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs. They will prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Achieving monthly forecasts for F&I income, penetration levels, and customer service is a key responsibility, as is maintaining a high customer satisfaction index (CSI). The Finance Manager must be self-motivated, possess a high-energy personality, and have strong attention to detail, thriving in a process-driven environment. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required, along with the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
