About the position

The Finance Manager at Crown Automotive is responsible for structuring finance deals and generating revenue through the sale of aftermarket products, including extended service contracts and gap waivers. This role involves ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, maintaining relationships with lenders, and managing all documentation related to sales transactions.

Responsibilities

• Structure finance deals and produce revenue by selling aftermarket products.
• Complete all documents related to sales transactions to ensure proper funding.
• Follow all federal and state laws in finance transactions.
• Offer all customers 100% of products 100% of the time using the F&I menu process.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with lenders and factory sources.
• Submit necessary paperwork to secure financing for customers in a timely manner.
• Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions legally and ethically.
• Determine customer needs for finance and payment options.
• Fully disclose all products to customers using the dealership's menu style.
• Present service contracts, GAP, and other ancillary programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies regarding credit applications and privacy notices.
• Close sales by overcoming objections and negotiating price.
• Enhance dealership reputation by accepting ownership of new requests and exploring opportunities.

Requirements

• Extended stable dealership finance experience.
• Profound understanding of compliance requirements for applicable laws and regulations.
• Effective multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in negotiation and presentation.
• Strong customer focus.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
