Responsibilities

• Manage loan processing activities, including evaluating applications and ensuring compliance with TILA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and relationship management.
• Utilize financial software to maintain records, generate reports, and analyze financial data.
• Conduct title processing and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Provide training and support to staff on financial procedures and software usage.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes impacting finance operations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in customer relationship management to foster positive client interactions.
• Strong customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Competency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry and record management.
• Experience in loan processing with a solid understanding of relevant regulations such as TILA.
• Excellent math skills for accurate financial analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with title processing procedures is a plus.
• Previous experience as a loan officer or in a similar finance role is desirable.
• Proficient in using various financial software applications for data management and reporting.
• Basic math skills are essential for everyday calculations related to finance tasks.
