About the position

The Automotive Finance Manager at Family Mazda/VW of Bossier City is responsible for coordinating all finance and insurance activities for customers. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, compliance with regulations, and product knowledge, ensuring customers receive the best financing options and service contracts available.

Responsibilities

• Offers vehicle financing and insurance to customers, explaining aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Works with customers to obtain financing through lenders for vehicle purchases, ensuring compliance with state and federal law.
• Prepares all necessary state and federal documents regarding vehicle purchases in a timely manner.
• Maintains good relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
• Collaborates with the Sales team to ensure all new sales are referred to the finance department and that the Sales team is informed about finance and lease programs.
• Understands and complies with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a related field.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Strong business acumen and sales aptitude.
