Responsibilities
- Establish a clear vision and goals for the dealership to achieve targeted performance levels.
- Drive store performance by attracting, developing, and retaining talent while creating an exceptional customer experience.
- Interact daily with customers, store associates, regional and market leadership, manufacturer representatives, and vendors.
- Analyze business performance to identify opportunities and develop action plans for improvement.
- Engage in high-level involvement in day-to-day dealership operations.
Requirements
- Multi-Year automotive retail General Manager experience.
- Strong financial and business acumen to drive revenue and profitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Experience with industry software and technology.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
