The Automotive General Manager will oversee daily operations at a busy auto shop in Hendersonville, ensuring high service standards and quality control on all finished work. This role involves managing employees, handling customer interactions, and driving sales while maintaining a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Employees
• Manage Repair Work Orders from start to finish
• Oversee parts ordering
• Drive sales activity
• Implement cost control measures
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Perform other tasks as required

Requirements

• Management Experience in the auto industry as a shop coordinator or supervisor
• Sales Experience
• Proficiency in various computer programs including email, Microsoft Word, Excel, Body Shop estimating, All Data, and online ordering systems
• Strong organization and communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and shop staff
