About the position

The Automotive Greeter - Lot Attendant at Jiffy Lube is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive experience, and performing various vehicle maintenance tasks. This entry-level position offers opportunities for advancement within the company, supported by comprehensive training programs.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests on arrival with a friendly smile to set the tone for the Jiffy Lube experience.
• Performing courtesy services such as vacuuming the interior and cleaning exterior windows.
• Checking and adjusting tire pressure to manufacturer recommendations.
• Performing tire rotations and visually inspecting brake pads and related parts.
• Participating in training for advancement opportunities in other positions such as Lube Tech, Plus Tech-Mechanic, and Service Advisor.

Requirements

• No prior experience required, but a passion for cars and strong customer service skills are preferred.
• Vo-Tech training is a plus.
