About the position

The Automotive Guest Sales Specialist at Monro, Inc. is responsible for providing exceptional guest care and driving sales of automotive repair services and tires. This role involves engaging with customers, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a welcoming environment in the store. The position is crucial for contributing to the growth of the business through effective sales presentations and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete Monro's training program to enable Guest Care Specialist to execute the Monro selling process.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers on the phone and in the store.
• Engage customers, schedule appointments, and build trust while understanding their needs.
• Communicate processes and timelines, and present needed services following the Monro selling process.
• Organize and manage estimate and invoice transactions for the service business.
• Assist in various aspects of customer care, work order completion, and register assistance under management direction.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and assist with outside purchase ordering.
• Follow all policies and procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies.
• Work with management to address customer service issues and complaints.
• Communicate effectively all products and services offered by Monro to customers.
• Partner with management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment compliant with laws and company policies.
• Maintain an organized and neat customer waiting area.

Requirements

• 3 years of customer service experience
• Driver's License
• Experience with customer relationship management
• 1 year of appointment scheduling experience
