About the position
The Internet Salesperson at Volkswagen Gilbert, part of the Ken Garff Automotive Group, is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through their sales journey. This role emphasizes building relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating with clients through various channels. The position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping others.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns.
- Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey.
- Schedule appointments with customers to view and test drive new and used inventory.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the new and used inventory the dealership carries.
- Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deal creatively, logically, and empathetically with customers and coworkers.
